Starlightz terms of agreement : |
- I give full power of attorney for
my agency Starlightz Casting/All Starz to sign all contracts
on my behalf.
- This
is a representation agreement. This contract is valid
for the duration of one year
from the date of form submission.
- If
you don't arrive on set, without letting anyone know,
we will immediately take you off our books.
- I
agree to represent Starlightz at castings,I may not represent
myself or through another agency.
- Taking
drugs/alcohol onto the set is totally unacceptable. You
will be blacklisted from this
agency & others and forfeit any payments if you disobey this
rule.
-
We will not be held liable for any expenses or any injury, during
your transport to and from the
set or while you are on the set.
- I
will provide my services,to the best of my ability,through Starlightz
under contract.
- If
whilst on set/at casting ,a relative or friend of the applicant/performer
is asked to participate/perform/act in the shoot ,that friend/relative
will automatically be represented by Starlightz and all payments
will be made through Starlightz.Failure to comply with this rule
will result in legal action.
- Blackmailing
Starlightz for higher fees,after you have agreed to the rate will
result in you being
blacklisted from this agency & all others.
- Starlightz
registration fees are non-refundable.
- My
images/photographs may be used by Starlightz for self-promotional
purposes only.

PAYE will
be deducted from all monies owed to me.
- I
agree to the above information being entered into the STARLIGHTZ
CASTING computer database.
I also accept the general conditions above.
