THERE ARE 4 EASY STEPS YOU NEED TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO JOIN STARLIGHTZ KIDZ:

STEP 1:


You need to complete the online registration form or download it and fax it through to Starlightz Kidz
on 021-4388039 or 0866409514 .Applicants can register in person by calling 0827200700 to make an appointment.
You must have a valid cellphone number in order to register with Starlightz.Parents are notified about
all castings via SMS.



STEP 2:

Payment for kids(0-16yrs) is R100.
This amount must be received in full .Proof of payment must be faxed to 0866409514 or
emailed to info@starlightzcasting.com .You will receive confirmation of our having
received your application,photos & payment via email.

STEP 3:

Submit 3 large,clear photos(headshots,which consists of head & upper body) of your child.The shots taken should
display the face(facing front towards camera), frame size and confidence of a child.Photos should be
taken against a light,plain background (no paintings,hi-fi's in the background)and the child should wear bright colours like plain red,blue,green,purple,
pink etc.Dark colours work better against light colour backgrounds.They needn't be professional photos,
but please make sure the photos are very recent and clear,are taken in good lighting,so we can see

STEP 4:

We need a faxed copy of your child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE & LETTER OF CONSENT . Fax to 086 6409514 .
