THERE ARE 2 EASY STEPS YOU NEED TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO JOIN STARLIGHTZ KIDZ:

STEP 1:

You need to download the registration form and fax it to 0866409514 together with your child's birth certificate.
You must have a valid cellphone number in order to register with Starlightz.
Under new SARS laws,everyone working in the industry needs an income tax no. including kids,
so please apply for one.


STEP 2:

Submit 3 large,clear photos(headshots,which consists of head & upper body) of your child.
The shots taken should display the face(facing front towards camera),body shape & confidence of child.

Photos should be taken against a light,plain background.Your child should wear bright colours like plain red,blue,green,purple, pink etc.Dark colours work best against light colour backgrounds.
They needn't be professional photos, but please make sure the photos are very recent and clear,
are taken in good lighting,so we can see your child's eye colour.
We won't accept photos taken on your cellphone.

Photos taken on your cellphone are unsuitable.
